EVENTS

Ø Vacation Bible School – SonWorld Adventure Park will take place July 14^th – 18^th from 9:00 – 11:30 A.M. and until 12:00 noon on Friday with a picnic. The closing program will be on Friday night at 7:00 P.M.

Ø The Teen Youth Group will meet on Sunday, July 6^th and 20^th at 6:00 P.M. They are also planning to go paddle boating on July 2^nd at Captain’s Cove, and some of the youth are going on the mission trip to New Mexico July 26^th – August 2^nd.

Ø Don’t forget to come out to Tuesday night Bible Study at 7:30 P.M. They studying the book of Galatians.

Ø Ladies Bible study will meet July 12^th and 26^th at the Parish house. They meet at 1:00 P.M. and are studying Joyce Meyer’s book “The Battlefield of the Mind”.

Ø The Bridgeport Rescue Mission Service this month will be on July 2^nd.

Ø All men are invited to our Men’s Prayer Breakfast on Saturday, July 5^th. They meet in the Fellowship Hall at 7:00 A.M.

Ø Vacation Bible School worknights are on the 3^rd floor on Wednesday, July 2^nd, Monday July 7^th, and Wednesday July 9^th at 7:00 P.M. to prepare crafts and make decorations.

Ø An Intercessory Prayer time is held every Sunday morning at 6:00 A.M. in the sanctuary.

Ø Exercise classes are held in the primary room every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6:30 P.M.

Ø If you are planning to go to this year’s Women of Faith Conference in Philadelphia on September 12^th – 13^th, please get your $50 deposit to the church office as soon as possible. Call for more information 375-7768.

Ø Our 2^nd quarterly business meeting will be held on Sunday, July 20^th at 11:45 A.M.

Ø An adult barbecue will be held on Friday, July 11^th at 6:00 P.M. at the home of Joan & Tony Martire’s. A sign up sheet is posted if you plan to come and you need to bring a salad or casserole if your last name begins with A-P and a dessert if it begins with R-Z.

Ø There will be no children’s Sunday School during the summer months, but plan to come back for our big Rally Day kick off on September 7^th.

Ø Registrations are now being taken for the World Mission Conference sponsored by American Baptist Churches of American in Suffield, CT September 19^th – 21^st. If you are interested in going, please talk to Pastor Bob.
