EVENTS

 

Ø     Everyone is invited to our Palm Sunday Breakfast on March 28th at 8:45 AM. The menu includes pancakes, syrup, sausage, fruit, orange juice, milk, coffee and tea.

 

Ø     Our annual St. Patrick’s Day dinner will be held on Saturday, March 13th and will be a fundraiser for the McCarthy Family. A traditional corned beef and cabbage dinner will be served and there will be baskets to be raffled off. The suggested donation is $10/adult and $6/child 6 – 12, and $3/child under 6. Please call the church office if you are interested in coming.

 

Ø     We continue to hold twice monthly workdays to work on some improvements around the church. In March they will be March 13th & 27th.

 

Ø     The Teen Youth Group will meet on Sunday, March 7th & 21st at 6:00 P.M.

 

Ø     Don’t forget to come out to Tuesday night Bible Study at 7:30 P.M. They’re studying ’90 Minutes in Heaven’.

 

Ø     Ladies Bible study will meet March 13th and 27th at the Parish House. They are studying an Elizabeth George book “A WOMAN AFTER GOD’S OWN HEART”.

 

Ø     Our Bridgeport Rescue Mission Service this month is on Wednesday, March 3rd at 7:00 P.M. If you would like to go to join in or just watch, please meet Pastor Bob in the church parking lot at 6:40 P.M.

 

Ø     Senior Choir meets on Thursday’s at 7:00 P.M. to practice and Junior Choir meets on Sundays at 6:00 P.M. They have extra rehearsals for their Easter Cantata, and those dates are: Senior Choir on Tuesdays from 6:30 – 7:30 P.M., and Youth Choirs on Sunday’s following the morning worship service approximately 11:45 A.M.

 

Ø     Girls Night out will be held on Friday, March 26th. The location has yet to be decided.

 

Ø     Vacation Bible School worknights are now taking place on both Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:00 P.M. in the Fellowship Hall.

 

Ø     An Intercessory Prayer time is held every Sunday morning at 9:00 A.M. in the Youth Group room

 

Ø     Exercise classes continue every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:30 – 7:30 P.M. in the Primary Room.

 

Ø     Evangelism Explosion will begin their next class beginning March 13th at 1:00 PM in the Charter room.

 

Ø     Our annual America For Christ offering will be taken on March 14th.

 

Ø     The Teen Youth Group will have their Soup/Chili Fundraiser after church on March 21st.
