a choice of two classes
Presently there are 4 bible study groups meeting at our church;
Sunday mornings at 9:15am in the
Tuesday evenings at 7:30pm in the Charter
room

Dorcas Circle
- The women of our church get together on the
first Tuesday of each month at 1:00 P.M. and fulfill their mission quotas given
them by the Women’s Missionary Society of the American Baptist Church of CT.
This group meets in the Spamer room of the our new house.
Girls Night
Out – A new ministry
of the church for women of all ages. They meet once a month at different
locations and plan to do good deeds for others. See Sunday bulletin or calendar
for time and location.
Cherub Church
- This activity meets in the Nursery room and includes children from 4
to 6 years of age. The children may either stay in the Nursery room from the
beginning of Morning Worship service OR attend the beginning of the Morning
Worship service with their parents and leave (when dismissed) immediately
following the announcements during the Morning Worship Service.
Kidz Time – Formerly known as Children’s Church
is for children ages 6 through fifth grade. Kidz Time meets on the 3rd
floor following the announcements during the Morning Worship Service. Teachers are
on a rotating schedule and will teach a bible story, do Christian crafts,
listen to Christian music, or games. Parents MUST pick their
children up from the 3rd floor following the Sunday Worship service.
Nursery – We have nursery care available during the Morning Worship
Service. The Sunday morning nursery is supervised by at least one adult and two
teenagers. Infants and very small children are urged to attend so they will not
disrupt the Sunday Worship service.
Our Teen
Youth Group is for youth entering 7th grade through High School.
They meet the first and third Sunday nights of each month from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M.
in the Youth Group room. They have devotions, participate in games, snacks, and
plan outside activities, retreats, and perform church and local community
service projects.
A summer Bible school for children entering Kindergarten through the 6th grade. This ministry allows the children to learn about a story from the Bible while having fun doing crafts, playing, acting and singing. Each year the program runs for one week in July, at our church.
