Music Ministries
We have a variety of musical
programs that suit all ages. We would love to have anyone join our choir, sing
a special song, recite scripture, play an instrument, or us their gifts to
worship together with our congregation.

MARCH NEWS
Both junior and senior choirs are
preparing for Easter, the Good Friday concert and all the special services that
come at this time of year. We trust that if any of you would like to join us that
you will try to make it to as many rehearsals as possible during the month of
March. We are scheduling different rehearsal times, so that is will help to
accommodate some of you who work nights or can’t make it out to rehearsals
during the week. Rehearsals will be as follows: SENIOR CHOIR – Tuesdays 6:30 –
7:30 PM and Thursdays at 7:00 PM. We will also be having short Sunday rehearsal
for the Senior Choir, either after church (about 12:15 PM) or later in the
afternoon (4:00 – 5:00 PM). JUNIOR CHOIR will meet as usual on Sundays at 6:00
PM on the third floor of the educational wing. We will be forming a YOUTH CHOIR
as well that will be singing in the concert and they will meet after church on
the third floor on Sundays (11:45 AM). If you would like to join in this
special musical presentation at Easter or sing with us throughout the year, let
this be your call to service – ‘WE NEED YOU!’
GOOD
FRIDAY CONCERT
The combined
choirs of our church will be presenting their annual Easter concert (cantata)
on Good Friday, April 2 at 7:00 p.m. This year’s cantata is entitled ‘JESUS
PAID IT ALL’ and is a mix of both traditional and contemporary tunes that
will stir your heart as it is portrays the Easter story. We hope that you
will even now begin to invite your friends and families to join you at this
service as the gospel in presented in song.
